Price. manly bought to surf and read e books does both well, streams music and video from home network well but if you want to run any more complex programs buy an I pad or Galexy at 3 x the price. the input and output usb's are really useful have run...

firmware update needed out of box. ( done without too much problem) locks up frequently and requires a reboot, on/off button hard to use, have to look for it each time.
