The dishwasher is solid. It is not huge, but works as described. Dishes are clean. We have not tried washing with a lot of food on the dishes, but with the food brushed off, the dishes are clean.

this product is easy to use and doesn't take up much space. I would recommend this product to friends

Customer service and shipping was excellent. The product does a better job of cleaning the dishes than I did by hand.
