Good product, bad run.

 

For a cheap, serviceable fast toaster, this isn't a bad choice. Thank goodness for the warranty!

Fast and dependable, this toaster is one of the better low tech choices for the price. Crumb tray slides out for easy access. Cord loom on bottom. Company customer support fast and effective when warranty replacement was needed

Uneven resistance wire heating leaves white spots on toast. Bi-metal strip timer varies with ambient temperature and multiple consecutive use. Had to replace first one when it failed due to defective run of solid state controls

This toaster stopped working after two months from purchase date. The only reason I gave it one egg is because it looks good.

Do not buy this toaster!!!

 

This toaster broke on us after only 1 month. The lever you push down will not stay down and then front setting do not light up. This toaster is JUNK, do not buy!!!

Hmm...I choose to differ with the other reviews...it's the best toaster I've had in years!

 

I am bothered by all of the negative reviews of this toaster. I have had not one problem with it. I LOVE it! I think it does a terrific job toasting everything from bagels to English muffins to regular bread.

Mine quit, too

 

Exact same story with mine; two or three months and it just died. No lights, no functionality...nothing.  It is a nice clean looking design, just a shame that HB apparently cannot make this simplest of appliances. Seeing on line that others have the...
