Excellent call quality even at long distances and through concrete walls. Uses rechargeable AAA batteries which is a plus if you ever need to replace them. Owned for more than a year and never had any issues with it.

If anything, and it's not a big deal to me, the voice Caller ID doesn't pronounce things very well so it has limited utility.
