Be careful when you open the battery compartment- you feel like you need to force it closed if you don't have the batteries in. Once you put the batteries in, it closes very easily.

Compact as a replacement product but viewing the display is near impossible once mounted. Hard to test it frequently as it upsets my dog.

This CO alarm is very good. Easy to set up and check on the levels detected (if any). It was also easy to installand simple to operate.

Thankfully I haven't heard any alarms yet. I know it is working becaue I tested the alarm and also the green light is flashing. It was very easy to install and I feel so much safer now that I have it.
