I wouldnt have expected the item to be considered as fairly fragile, but it is and when I picked it up in store, the packaging looked like it was keeping it in good condition. However upon unwrapping, I found several dents/creases along the shade....

I am REALY please with this shade its very pretty both when the lamp is on and off. If I can find another lamp base that I like I will buy another well worth the money.....John Lewis is the best!

Bought 2 just what I was looking for. Disappointed that I couldn't find cushions or cushion covers to match
