Tied to RMA this item and Cooler Master customer support has been a joke up to this point. Goods were received 2 months ago, so when I called to follow up it took hours for someone to answer the phone. It would just ring and ring then send you to voice...

Sound was good for the price point.

After fairly light use and well care, one of the headphones snapped off 4 months after purchase.
