its not the best purchase ever. it doesnt work at all other then to play regular dvd;s only it wouldnt work on blu ray disks at all

I got this player home hooked it up all seemed ok until I went to watch a Blu-Ray movie. DVDs play fine all the apps work, does not have current Firmware update, it wont play any new releases on Blu-ray. Ive been on the phone with Samsung for a week...
