hoover hose keeps falling off its heavy and scratches my laminate flloring

to noisy,very hard to move,does not go up to the edge of the carpet, I have purchased a few Samsung products and always been satisfied with them, but this time I am very disappointed with this item I would not recommend it

Not as good as dyson. Found it not picking up some bits. Quite heavy too
