Good steam cleaner and I have had many dose a great job my only complaint is there is no on and off switch,you have to hold the button down for continuous stream which can be a bit tiring after a while other than that dose a great job

This cleaner scored my wooden floor . I had lines all over it from the shape underneath and I was very upset . Took it back and got a Sharp the pads look much thicker .
