From the very moment I got this out of the package I have regretted buying this product, and I recommend that noone should ever buy this. The above review states 'The Worst Vacuum Cleaner In The World', and I would have to enitrely agree! It's plastic...

this must be the worst ever vacum cleaner in the world the poles are plastic which could snap at any time very flimsy and is very very noisey. brought this product half price would never pay full price for it. go for a henry every time.
