Well so far either the white is too runny or the yolk is too hard. i blame the chef! In essence this is of good quality and will do the trick when I learn how to perfect egg cooking. As for the bacon dish no comment as not yet used but again I can say...

These items that I purchased are very well made & easy to clean. As well as making excellent bacon & eggs of course.
