Opinie eksperta : Mike Jennings (trustedreviews.com)
Outlandish gaming systems usually come from boutique manufacturers rather than global brands like HP, so I was surprised when the Omen X turned up. And then my surprise turned to shock when I heaved this beast from its box.

The HP Omen X Compact Desktop and backpack delivers PC-based VR gaming away from your desk. A neat-sounding idea, but ultimately, it's a pricey solution to a niche problem.
Fast gaming performance in small form factor. Enables desk-free VR experience. Easy to dock. Many ports. Hot-swappable batteries for long sessions.
Expensive. VR experience still a bit clumsy. Many parts to set up and store. Individual batteries don't last long.
Bottom Line: The HP Omen X Compact Desktop and backpack delivers PC-based VR gaming away from your desk. A neat-sounding idea, but ultimately, it's a pricey solution to a niche problem.

Free your VR with HP's expensive, complicated, but also fun, battery-powered Omen X backpack.

The most versatile VR gaming PC yet?
A whole new gaming PC concept ; Lightweight and cool ; Powerful innards
Awfully expensive ; Short battery life
The new HP Omen X is an awfully impressive VR gaming PC that brings an incredibly clever approach to the table. However, it also costs a small fortune to get in on the ground floor, making it a tough sell for most.

HP's latest gaming desktop is big and badass to a fault
Unique and minimalistic styling ; Easily accessible ; Immense upgradability
Larger than life presence ; Costs a pretty penny and then some
The HP Omen X Desktop rides on its side and the edge of absurdity. Too big and conceivably expensive for its own good, this is an extreme PC for gamers who revel in excess. HP wanted to go big and loud with its most hardcore gaming PC yet. However,...

With a stand-out build and high-end components, the HP Omen X gaming desktop won't disappoint on performance or features, as long as you like its appearance enough to sacrifice the extra desk space and cash.
Opinie eksperta : Dan Ackerman (cnet.com)
The cube-like design of the Omen X is funky, but also brilliant, and much more forward-thinking than you'd expect from HP.
The HP Omen X is a powerful gaming desktop with a modern, minimalist design, and is angled for easy access to ports and components. DIY types can buy the just case and build it themselves.
The system is big, heavy and expensive. Lighting effects are limited compared to some other gaming desktops.
The HP Omen X builds a powerful gaming desktop with smart ergonomics into a bold but expensive statement piece.

This desktop computer that straps to your back makes untethered virtual reality an actual reality.
Opinie eksperta : Dan Ackerman (cnet.co.uk)
It's big. It's powerful. It's cube-shaped.

Opinie eksperta (geekzone.co.nz)
The HP Omen X is a bold statement when it comes to desktop computing. It is big, it is heavy and it doesn't even sit upright. And it is also a powerful compute device - the model I received from HP came with an Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4GHz, two NVIDIA...
This is indeed a very enjoyable machine. If you are a gamer or just enjoy working with no interruptions, then this is what you are looking for. Never mind the price tag, which is accordingly big and heavy. But at the end I feel sad to have to pack it...
