So far, this is working great. It's not silent but it's quiet; I don't even notice it when I'm not thinking about it. I'm also a fan of the USB plug, as it has an input on the other side, so it doesn't take up a USB port.

I haven't had this cooler very long, but so far I really like it. It's quiet and ha a large fan. Also the overall size is ideal for my 17 inch laptop.

bought 2 of these and they are working great. Keeping everything cool and quite.

Not too keen on the USB plug in to my computer, to draw it's power, and presumably add load and temperature. It makes it difficult to add other USB's. Of course, if I used my hubs, that wouldn't be a problem ;).It does run several degrees...

Shot craps one month after warranty expired. I expected better.

This was the second of 3 coolers i purchased. This one works well...only complaint is the tilt stands underneath keep falling down when you move the notebook. Keep my Toshiba cooled nicely. Of the 3 i bought, this one would be 2nd best.

It keeps my laptop cool and it has barely and noise, its the best I have ever had.

only had the pad for less than six months and thee fan blades are starting to fall off causing heavy vibration

I took a chance and ordered this fan for my new laptop. I was amazed at the low price and didn't count on this fan being as fantastic as it is! It is quiet and keeps the laptop really cool! It does what is was advertised to do and I can't be any more...
