Leaked more water in the background internal container that it fished out to the cup Had to press the button multiple times to get 1 cup Exchanged for model 3 times the price, same problem returned both. Who's we're exceptional in their understanding...

Bought this machine because my other one had broken. It does turn out the same good coffee but the model feels very flimsy, in so much I wouldn't let my hamfisted husband use it.

Took ages to decide if I would actually use a coffee machine, didn't want it to be another fad that I buy and use for a week! Needn't have worried, this is so easy and uncomplicated to use and I use it every morning. No messing about with filters etc....

So convenient and clean. Definitely good choice if you occasionally want to drink a cup of coffee. Doesn't leave a mess like a standard pressure coffee machine, and capsules are recyclable through boutiques and collect + stores. Most capsules taste...
