i bought 2 coffee makers. one for me and ,because i liked it so much,one for my newly engaged daughter. the coffee stays hot for a long time and love that it makes 12 cups! i find closing the top after putting the coffee in can be a little difficult...

Reliable, easy to use, excellent coffee

 

I wanted a simple coffee machine, not too many bells and whistles. This one is perfectly simple and simply perfect. The floating ball in the water level indicator keeps air bubbles from forming, a real problem with my last machine.
