Small, compact and quiet

The screws are microscopic ! It took me 10 mins to screw them in after repeated attempts to place them, hold them, drop them, find them, re-insert them, and do this for all 8 screws ! I have big hands and the screws would be too small, even for a watch

Power adaptor is kind of bulky and gets really hot. After almost 2 years of constant operation it started failing, I bought a new unit just to get another power adapter. That's how much I liked the enclosure

There is no fan on this device to divert heat buildup inside and on the casing of the enclosure.

TINY SCREWS FOR THE CASING! BE VERY CAREFUL IN PUTTING THEM ON IF YOU HAVE MULTI-COLORED INDUSTRIAL CARPET :) Also, I wouldn't recommend this one if you are going to be taking hard drives in and out a lot, get a usb2.

The teeny tiny screws, but they are not that big of an issue, the case does come with a magnetic screwdriver to use.

I love the compact size and the durable materials. I use a laptop as my primary computer and I own three of these. I've shoved them in luggages, backpacks, laptop cases, taken them to LAN parties, on train rides, etc and they still run fine every time...

They get pretty hot with extended use. I have them in their stands running vertically and after several hours of continuous use they are uncomfortably hot to the touch
