Very pleased with the shaver, but it's impossible to find a replacement foil and cutter as the Boots staff in Epson haven't a clue and there's no option to buy on line. Very disappointed!

I was very surprised to discover this product had a 3 pin UK mains plug. This means it cannot be used in a shaver point, and overseas travel becomes more awkward. The shaver itself is just fine.

Pretty poor quality. I have noticed while shaving my beard around the neck area, it catches and pulls hair. This can be very painful. Also clogs up easily and a pain to clean. Ok for price.

It hasn't quite got the same quality feel and closeness of shave as other more expensive shavers I have used but it certainly does the job well enough and for the price I have no complaints. Pop up trimmer a nice feature.

This is good as a little back out or a travel shaver. Probably wouldn't use it on more than a days regrowth though

Very poor quality shaver, rough on skin, and not very sharp.

First time I used this was to shave my beard off and I was amazed how much of a close and clean shave it gave. Later when I grew my beard the pop up trimmer was helpful.

For the price of it I think this is a really good value shaver. It does the job pretty well and with the pop up trimmer for more detailed trimming you really can't moan at the price

Had this product for around 2 weeks now and works perfectly. I've only needed to charge it maybe 2-3 times and use it almost everyday (albeit for shaving around my beard). The secondary shaver doesn't seem to work that well for me, but overall...

For the price you pay for this its a great razor, trims down nicely with the added benefit of the flip out trimmer is an added bonus for tidying up the sideburns.
